Music was designed by God to worship God.  It is a beautiful outward expression of inward emotions and thoughts.  It is a way of sharing with others what you know, what your heart feels, and what you must say when conversation just won't do it.  The words of your soul dance in the air and it captivates all around you.  No matter what your training or gifting is, when you sing out a song of praise to God it is a beautiful song. 
The reason I love country & blues so much is that it started out as gospel music and it integrated everyday life, struggles, chores, and delights of farming life!
