A Dream realized.......
As a child my mama always made sure that no matter how tight things got, I had a beautiful collection of books to read... I can still see the pages of Wilfred Gordon McDonald Partridge, Fanny McFancy, Teddy Bear Picnic, Winnie the Pooh, Peter Rabbit, and Charlotte's web come to life! I remember wishing I could write my own adventures. Now that I am living my dream I pray my writing can comfort children and grownups alike.

I have wanted to write children's stories since I myself was a child. But I never knew what to write until Luna. I was so inspired by Luna's journey to her first litter of piglets. Realizing the gift they were at Christmas brought to mind the various gifts God gives us. It was then I birthed the concept of writing true stories from our farm that tied to biblical truths. Writing conventional stories but tying them to faith based devotionals on my; website for kids to go to. My hope is my books would bring great conversations to every family!

As I have detailed in my blog, E.B. White's Charlottes Web is one of my greatest inspirations. I was always drawn to animals as main characters, so it is no surprise that my stories star no other than my farm animals.

What's Next?
After two books, I am working on two new projects... the first is a full length story about my very unique dogs.... the second is the first volume of Little Farm Mama short stories. These short stories will feature some of my very first water colors.
